Donald Trump Just Exposed the Lies of Nawaz Sharif ! Here is how!!

US President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team is not happy with Pakistan for misquoting its leader’s talk with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. According to a report in the Dawn , the Trump team has said that the US President-elect did talk to Sharif on Wednesday and they had a “productive conversation”. But the conversation didn’t have the “flowery language” which was released by Pakistani authorities to the media.

On Wednesday, the Press Information Department of Pakistan had released the details of the Trump-Sharif talk. It said, “Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif called President-elect USA Donald Trump and felicitated him on his victory. President Trump said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif you have a very good reputation. You are a terrific guy. You are doing amazing work which is visible in every way.”

“I am looking forward to see you soon. As I am talking to you Prime Minister, I feel I am talking to a person I have known for long. Your country is amazing with tremendous opportunities. Pakistanis are one of the most intelligent people. I am ready and willing to play any role that you want me to play to address and find solutions to the outstanding problems. It will be an honour and I will personally do it. Feel free to call me anytime even before 20th January that is before I assume my office.”

According to the Pakistani release, Trump even said that he would love to visit the “fantastic country, fantastic place of fantastic people.” It further said that Trump requested Sharif to “convey to the Pakistani people that they are amazing and all Pakistanis I have known are exceptional people.”

However, the Trump team said that Pakistanis “overplayed” Trump’s offer to play “a role” in solving the country’s disputes with India, according to Dawn. The report quoted an unidentified Trump advisor as saying that the Pakistani official release on Trump-Sharif talk “committed the president-elect to more than what he meant”.
Former White House press secretary Ari Fleisher was quoted as saying that it was an “entirely inappropriate” act by the Pakistani government to release what Trump said during a phone call.” Fleisher was a member of the then US President George Bush’s team. He is now close to the Trump transition team, according to Dawn.
The US media also criticised the release of the content of the conversation between the two leaders by the Pakistani government.

The Indian government took a dig at the release of the content of Trump-Sharif talk. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup said that India would look forward to Donald Trump helping Pakistan in solving the countries “the most outstanding or its outstanding issues”, according to a report in ToI.
